Drawing from Imagination - 2 point perspective
This was a two-point perspective assignment. The assignment was to draw a 2 point grid, draw an interior and finally light it with an artificial light.
First the two point grid:
and finally the interior:
This didn't turn out that well. The line weight is all messed up and the drawing is not that clear.
However the lighting turned out really well. For artificial lighting, every wall/surface has a different base point for the light. So doing shadows for the staircase was very complicated and time consuming. But the hard work did pay off!
This is the overlay for the artificial light shadows.
and that's the final. I could still add some more detailing with some blending and some form shadows, but I'll leave that for later.

The Fall Semester
Crazy funny looking walk cycles and animation, insanely complex yet simple drawing from imagination and a very random Pre-production work. That seems to sum up Fall 2010 for me..
Some of the animation work that I have been working on.
And some Drawing from Imagination:
And this is the final drawing! Quite simple for the final drawing, huh!! But its not that bad!
The next assignment was to add shadows
More to come!!!!!

More class work
Heres some more of "Clothed Figure Drawing" class work. Our assignment was to draw diaper folds. The model was wearing a really long skirt, in fact the skirt (as well as the shirt) was too big for her. But the folds came out really well and it was fun drawing them!
